How quickly can I get a quote?
Standard quotes are delivered within one business day of receiving your inquiry. If you need a quote faster, mention “rush” in your message and we will prioritize your request — most rush quotes go out within 4 hours during business hours. To get the fastest, most accurate quote possible, include the pallet size (e.g., 48x40), grade (A, B, or C), quantity, delivery zip code, and whether you need heat treatment or any special certifications. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can respond with pricing that does not need revision.
What are your minimum order quantities?
We have no minimum order quantity. You can order as few as 10 pallets or as many as 100,000. That said, pricing improves with volume — you will get the best per-pallet rate on full truckload orders of 400 to 500 pallets. For smaller quantities, LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping is available, though the per-pallet delivery cost is higher. If you are a small business just starting out, we are happy to work with you on any order size. Many of our largest accounts today started with a single order of 50 pallets.
What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?
For standard in-stock sizes and grades (48x40 in Grades A, B, and C), orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days and arrive based on your location: same-day to 2 days for the Mid-Atlantic, 1 to 3 days for the Northeast and Southeast, 3 to 5 days for the Midwest and South Central, and 5 to 7 days for the West Coast. Rush orders on in-stock items can ship same-day. Custom-sized pallets, large volume orders (5,000+), or pallets requiring heat treatment may have slightly longer lead times depending on kiln availability. We always provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
Do you offer payment terms or require payment upfront?
For new customers, we typically request payment on the first order before shipment (credit card, wire transfer, or company check). Once you have established a payment history with us — usually after 2 to 3 orders — we offer Net 30 terms for qualified business accounts. For large recurring orders, we can discuss custom payment arrangements. We do not charge setup fees, account fees, or any hidden administrative costs. The price on your quote is the price on your invoice.
